Frequently asked
Questions we get a lot.
Everything about the cookies, delivery, and how it works. If your question isn't here, message us.
- Are Rose & Oat cookies actually gluten-free?
- Yes — every cookie is baked gluten-free from scratch. No wheat, no gums, no fillers, no substitutions that taste like cardboard.
- Where do you deliver?
- Across NYC, with different notice windows by borough — Staten Island: same-day. Brooklyn: 2-hour notice. Manhattan: 3-hour notice. Queens: 3–4-hour notice. Enter your ZIP at checkout to confirm coverage.
- How late can I order for delivery?
- Order cutoff is 7pm everywhere except Staten Island. Staten Island gets a late-night delivery window — check the order page for tonight's cutoff, it moves with the kitchen's schedule.
- Are the cookies warm when they arrive?
- Baked to order and packed straight from the oven. Often still warm depending on how close you are to the kitchen.
- What sizes do boxes come in?
- 1, 3, 6, or 12. Mix and match any flavors — and it's a baker's dozen: every cookie after a full dozen is on us (order 12, get the 13th free).
- Can I order for a party, office, or event?
- Yes. Order any box size online, or message us directly for larger event orders.
- Do you have dog-safe cookies?
- Yes — the Peanut Butter Pup is vet-approved: peanut butter, oats, and a touch of honey. No xylitol, ever.
- How fresh are the cookies?
- Baked the same day they go out. Small-batch means nothing sits on a shelf.
