- Are Rose & Oat cookies actually gluten-free?
- Yes — every cookie is baked gluten-free from scratch. No wheat, no gums, no fillers, no substitutions that taste like cardboard.
- How do you ship?
- USPS Ground Advantage anywhere in New York State. Shipping is included in the price — no separate fee at checkout. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days. We cannot ship outside of NY.
- When does my order ship?
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET ship the next business day. USPS doesn't pick up Sundays or federal holidays.
- Do you deliver locally?
- No — everything ships USPS Ground Advantage within New York State. The only local option is Midnight Snack pickup on Staten Island.
- How does Midnight Snack work?
- Midnight Snack is Staten Island only. Pick a time between 11pm and 4am at checkout for a meet-up in Tottenville — you're picking up in person.
- Are the cookies fresh when they arrive?
- Yes. Every order is baked to order and packed the same day it ships. Ground Advantage keeps them within a few days of the oven.
- What sizes do boxes come in?
- 1, 3, 6, or 12. Mix and match any flavors — and every full dozen you buy, we tuck in a 13th cookie for free (a true baker's dozen, added to the box at no extra charge).
- Can I order for a party, office, or event?
- Yes. Order any box size online, or message us directly for larger event orders.
- Do you have dog-safe cookies?
- Yes — the Peanut Butter Pup is vet-approved: peanut butter, oats, and a touch of honey. No xylitol, ever.
- Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
- Yes. Both show up automatically at checkout on any supported device — one tap and you're done.
- Is payment secure?
- Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Rose & Oat never sees or stores your card details.
- What's your refund policy?
- Because everything is baked to order and perishable, cookies aren't returnable. If your order arrives with badly broken cookies, the wrong quantity or flavors, or never shows up per USPS tracking, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund. Midnight Snack pickups are not eligible for refunds, but can be cancelled within one hour of ordering. See the full refund policy.
